Cristina Masturzo
Cristina Masturzo is an art historian and critic, specialist in the contemporary art market, art writer, and educator. Since 2017 she has taught "Economics and the Art Market" and "Communication and Enhancement of Collections" on the Academic Master's in Contemporary Art Markets at NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti in Milan, of which she has been Course Leader since 2024. From 2022 to 2024 she lectured in Art Market, Marketing, and Communication at the Istituto Marangoni in Florence. Since 2018 she has been editor and contributor for the art market section of Artribune Magazine, where she has curated the newsletter Incanti since 2023. In 2020 she was among the coordinators of the Forum dell'arte contemporanea italiana. She collaborates with the Department of Visual Arts at NABA (Milan, Rome) and works as a freelancer on research projects about the art system and independent editorial projects. Her texts have been published in sector magazines, volumes, and catalogues.
