LAM Foundation for Contemporary Arts

The LAM Foundation for Contemporary Arts is a non-profit organization established with the aim of promoting and supporting culture and contemporary arts through an interdisciplinary, inclusive, and participatory approach. Founded by Loretta Amadori and directed by Alberto Masacci, the Foundation is grounded in the awareness that arts and culture represent a powerful driver of human and social development.

The Foundation is part of the constellation of Italian foundations that promote a new form of patronage based on social and cultural responsibility, attentive to local contexts and close to communities. Rooted in Cesena, the founder’s hometown, yet active on a national scale, the Foundation is committed to fostering the dissemination and accessibility of contemporary arts, while supporting new artistic production, with particular attention to younger generations.

Its activities focus on public art projects, artist residencies, and an articulated public program consisting of talks, lectures, training opportunities, and outreach initiatives designed to engage diverse audiences. A laboratory of contemporary society, where different artistic languages meet and become tools for reflection, the Foundation offers ways to interpret the present while envisioning possible futures.
