Argento Celant
Argento Celant (b. 2000) is an Italian researcher, editor, and cultural producer working across contemporary art, publishing, exhibition-making, and visual culture. He began working in the art world in 2015 alongside his father, the art historian and curator Germano Celant, gaining early experience across research, archives, publications, exhibitions, and artist-led projects. In 2020, he founded Studio Celant with a group of new and long-standing collaborators. Through the Studio, he develops editorial, curatorial, and research-based projects exploring multiple forms of artistic practice and communication. His work has included monographs, exhibitions, archival research, films, and publications devoted to artists including Anselm Kiefer, Jannis Kounellis, Claudio Abate, and Remo Salvadori, as well as broader projects examining artistic communities, exhibition histories, and the ways art is produced, documented, and communicated.
