Paola Dubini
Paola Dubini is an Associate Professor of Business Administration at Bocconi University in Milan, where she leads the MSc in Management and formerly directed the undergraduate program in economics and management for arts, culture, and communication. Her research focuses on the governance, sustainability, and economic viability of cultural organizations, as well as culture-led development aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. She also serves on multiple cultural institution boards.
